Our trailer is custom-made, to allow us to bring the fire with us. We don’t need 4 walls, we don’t need fancy tools or upscale kitchens. We just need fire, good ingredients, and a place to gather.

We spent months working on this custom project, creating multiple sources of fire and heat that allow Christos and Andonis the creativity to cook in any way they want. There’s no limit to the ways fire can inform flavor.
